1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. The Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is an information resource on the Internet located at https://temo.com.ua/ and containing text, graphic and other information that is perceived as a whole and is supported by a set of system software tools.
1.1.2. “Site Administration” means authorized employees to manage the site, acting on its behalf, who organize and (or) process personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Administration to intentionally not disclose personal data that the User provides at the various requests of the Site Administration.

6.2. The Website Administration undertakes to:

6.2.2. Not to disclose the User’s personal data, except for clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. To block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or authorized representative for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.
7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Site Administration is responsible for the intentional disclosure of the User’s Personal Data in accordance with applicable law, except as provided for in clauses 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Site Administration shall not be liable if this information is confidential:
7.2.1. Became public domain before it was lost or disclosed.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration.
7.2.3. Has been obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to the Website files.

8.3. Temo Hotel Design has the right to transfer the user’s personal data only for the purpose of processing the application.
8.4. It shall not be considered a violation if Temo Hotel Design provides personal data to third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with Temo Hotel Design to fulfill obligations to the User.
8.5. Temo Hotel Design is obliged to collect certain data, including name/surname, phone number to process the application. In case of refusal to provide the required information, Temo Hotel Design cannot process the application.
8.6. The information for processing the application is stored on a secure Temo Hotel Design server, which prevents the loss, theft, unauthorized destruction, distortion, forgery, copying of information.
8.7. Such storage of personal data meets the requirements of international and national standards.
8.8. Personal data is not stored longer than necessary for the purpose for which such data is stored.
8.9. Temo Hotel Design applies the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) to the extent that it is required of Ukrainian business entities to process personal data of citizens of the European Union when providing services to Temo Hotel Design.
9. USE OF COOKIES COOKIES
9.1. In order to provide quality services for online processing of the application, Temo Hotel Design saves cookies on the user’s computer and subsequently uses them.
9.2. Temo Hotel Design guarantees that no advertising service has access to the cookies used to organize the online application process.
9.3. We keep records of information about your IP address and browser type, which can be used to detect errors in the system, cases of fraud, and illegal actions. This information is not used to identify the client.
